We deliver products to most places in Hong Kong FREE OF CHAERGE for purchase with amount of HK$900 or above. Delivery can be arranged to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and no surcharge for delivery to Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok Airport and Discovery Bay, excluding Outlying Islands, P. O. Boxes or Hotel Guest’s Rooms.

We use International Express Mail service (EMS) delivery ans Standard International Shipping, which are offered by Hongkong Post. Please note that we do not deliver to A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.



If you are not for shipping, you may pick up your favorite products by our shop and we will be happy to arrange them to you. 
You may choose to pick up your orders at our Global store by choosing “Pick-Up at Store” under delivery service.  We will have our staff to contact you to confirm your pick up service.   Please bring along with your e-mail confirmation letter for verification purposes.


These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Upon payment completion, products will be delivered to your designated address next working days.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. We do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. You are expected to receive your orders within 2 - 14 business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.

Global Business Hour: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday is usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.



We will send a Dispatch Notification with tracing number by email to you after we have dispatched your order. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the “MY Account>My order” section for more details.
